Remote Business Development Manager (100% Remote and Commission)
Signal Daddy Media is looking for independent contractors to join our global outreach team as Remote Community Engagement Representatives. This role is fully remote, commission-only, and ideal for individuals who want flexible, meaningful work they can do from anywhere in the world - 1099. We work with nonprofits, schools, small businesses, churches, and financial institutions through the SDM Engagement Engine™—a story-driven platform that uses digital book codes and community engagement tools to help organizations grow and connect with families. What You’ll Do • Conduct outreach to nonprofits, schools, churches, and small businesses • Share digital book invitations that introduce families to our literacy initiative • Support organizations during onboarding using simple workflows • Build relationships with community leaders and local decision-makers • Track conversations, outreach, and engagement activity • Help expand the SDM platform into new markets Who This Role Is Great For • Military spouses seeking flexible remote work • Expats and overseas Americans • Community-minded professionals • People comfortable speaking with nonprofits, schools, and small businesses • Self-motivated individuals who want to build their own book of business No degree or prior sales experience required—support and scripts provided. Compensation • 100% commission — uncapped earnings • Part-time average: $500–$2,500+ per month • Full-time average: $5,000–$8,500+ per month Actual earnings depend on outreach volume and number of activated organizations. Responsibilities: -Conduct outbound and relationship-based outreach to nonprofits, schools, churches, and small businesses -Introduce organizations to the SDM Engagement Engine™ using approved scripts and digital engagement tools -Share digital book invitations that support literacy and family engagement initiatives -Guide interested organizations through a simple onboarding process -Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and decision-makers -Track outreach activity, conversations, and follow-ups using provided tools -Follow up consistently to move organizations from introduction to activation -Represent Signal Daddy Media professionally and in alignment with its mission -Help expand SDM into new communities and markets through consistent outreach • Requirements: * -Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a 100% remote, commission-based role -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Comfortable speaking with nonprofits, schools, churches, and small businesses -Reliable internet access and ability to work remotely -Willingness to follow provided scripts, workflows, and onboarding processes -Organized and able to track conversations and follow-ups -Professional demeanor when engaging community leaders and partners -Ability to commit to consistent weekly outreach time Nice to Have (Not Required): -Background in community engagement, outreach, or relationship-based roles -Experience working with nonprofits, education, or small businesses -Military spouse, expat, or overseas professional seeking flexible remote work Apply tot his job
