[Remote] Commercial Sales Executive

They are seeking a Commercial Sales Executive to grow their customer base by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency. Responsibilities Build new customer relationships: Proactively identify and engage potential clients to create a strong pipeline of new business opportunities Develop opportunities: Nurture leads, uncover needs, and present solutions that address customer challenges and deliver measurable value Close new business: Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed deal, consistently meeting or exceeding goals Leverage AI tools: Use (or be eager to learn) AI-powered tools for lead research, prospecting, outreach, and opportunity management to boost efficiency and effectiveness Market insight: Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs to clearly communicate our value CRM excellence: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of activities and customer interactions Teamwork: You’re curious, empathetic, collaborative, and coachable, and you believe in winning as a team Skills 1–2 years in a quota-carrying sales role (or comparable experience, e.g., top-performing SDR/BDR moving into AE), with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Familiarity with AI tools for list building, research, prospecting, lead scoring, personalized outreach, or sales workflow—or a strong willingness to learn Solid understanding of the sales process and commitment to best practices Clear, compelling communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Results focus, resilience, and a strong drive to succeed Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States Experience in SaaS, API-first solutions, or related industries Benefits Ongoing training and opportunities to expand your skills as the company grows globally.
