[Remote] Contract - Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant – Absence Management & OTL

Amicus is a leading global consultancy seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to support multiple end-client HCM transformation programs. The role involves leading the configuration and delivery of Absence Management and OTL modules in Oracle HCM Cloud, conducting requirement gathering workshops, and providing post-go-live support. Responsibilities • Lead configuration and delivery of Absence Management and OTL (Time & Labor) modules in Oracle HCM Cloud • Conduct requirement gathering workshops covering time & absence policies, accruals, rules, approvals, and integrations • Configure work schedules, absence plans, eligibility profiles, accrual processing rules, and time calculation rules • Coordinate testing cycles including SIT/UAT execution and defect resolution • Support payroll and HR stakeholders with integration, data validation, and compliance requirements • Provide post-go-live hypercare, enhancements, and end-user training Skills • Strong hands-on delivery experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – Absence & OTL • Deep knowledge of time entry rules, accrual design, legislative requirements, and absence validations • Experience with Fast Formulas and relevant integrations (Payroll / HR) • Ability to communicate with business stakeholders and advise on best practices • Experience across multiple project lifecycles preferred Company Overview • We build exceptional, high-impact teams for Data Center & Digital Infrastructure Providers across the US.
