Morgan Mace is representing an innovative, fast-scaling consumer brand in search of a Digital Creative Director to join their fully remote team. The role involves defining and elevating the creative vision across the brand’s digital ecosystem, leading major digital launches, and collaborating with various teams to enhance user engagement and retention. Responsibilities • Lead campaign development from insight → platform → scripts → storyboards → visuals • Create integrated frameworks that connect big brand ideas to mid-funnel storytelling and performance executions • Develop modular assets across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, email, app, and web • Write or co-write scripts for long-form, short-form, talent videos, and digital narratives • Own the creative vision for the brand’s app experience, from onboarding to feature launches • Partner with Product/UX to shape key journeys—navigation, content discovery, progress tracking, upsells • Create frameworks for in-app messaging, merchandising, and promotions • Lead creative for digital product launches, naming, positioning, and user education • Reimagine how coaching and training content is packaged, presented, and promoted • Build visual and narrative systems for program trailers, sales pages, in-app modules, email flows, and teasers • Partner with coaches, producers, and editors to ensure content is high-performing and on-brand • Create repeatable formats and storytelling systems for long-term scalability • Turn data and funnel insights into digital-first creative that connects ad → landing page → app experience • Partner with Growth & Media Buying to develop high-performing digital campaigns • Ensure consistent proof points, emotion, and narrative across all surfaces • Test and evolve hooks, angles, and formats that balance performance and brand lift • Serve as the creative lead for Digital, partnering with Product, Growth, Marketing, and CX • Work with the VP of Creative to prioritize digital initiatives and resource planning • Provide clear feedback that elevates creative quality, consistency, and craft • Champion a culture of experimentation, iteration, and data-driven creativity • Define creative success metrics for digital initiatives with Analytics, Product, and Growth • Regularly review dashboards and turn insights into hypotheses and next steps • Build post-launch recaps that document learnings and create reusable playbooks • Contribute to long-term digital brand and product strategy • Act as an active maker across scripting, UX content, headlines, visuals, and narratives • Partner with designers, editors, and motion designers to create digital-first content • Collaborate with Product/Engineering to ensure creative intent carries through execution • Review and refine creative across ads, programs, in-app content, and micro-interactions Skills • 10+ years in digital creative roles (CD, ACD) with a strong portfolio of app, product, or digital-first campaigns • Experience in subscription, app-based, or content-driven businesses (fitness, coaching, education, gaming, etc.) • Ability to bridge performance marketing with product experience design • Hands-on experience with scripting, digital storytelling, UX content, and cross-channel campaigns • Comfortable partnering with Product, UX, and Engineering in agile or sprint environments • Familiarity with digital performance metrics, experimentation, and funnel measurement • Interest in performance-minded consumer categories or improvement-focused audiences • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to align stakeholders and elevate creative standards Company Overview • At Morgan Mace, we excel in Senior Executive, Marketing, GTM SaaS, and Technology hiring.
