The role involves accepting inbound and making outbound contacts to address customer needs, building relationships, and ensuring customer retention. Responsibilities Answer customer questions and assist them with order placement and site navigation through phone, chat, and email Assist customers with making purchasing decisions Resolve any customer issues in a timely, upbeat, and friendly manner Manually place new orders Field customer questions, concerns & problems Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the company's products and relay this information to customers Develop rapport with customers Skills High School Diploma or equivalent Strong interpersonal skills Professional phone etiquette Proficient use of computer and software applications (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Email) Exceptional grammar and punctuation Creative problem solving Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices Ability to multitask Ability to work in a team as well as independently Ability to telecommute: Quiet and distraction-free workspace Highly consistent internet connection to support VPN and VOIP One to two years of customer service experience preferred Benefits Lulus provides a stipend to pay for internet connectivity Company Overview Lulus fashion lounge is an online store for women's dresses, shoes, accessories, and clothing.
