Key Responsibilities Data Entry and Claims Processing: Accurately and efficiently enter claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring data integrity and attention to detail. Follow-up and Issue Resolution: Proactively follow up on missing information to facilitate claims processing, and resolve any issues that may arise during the claims lifecycle. Invoice Review and Verification: Carefully review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness, and verify information as needed. Reporting and Analytics: Compile reports from our systems, providing valuable insights and information to support claims coordination and business decision-making. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the claims coordination team, including responding to inquiries and addressing queries in a timely and professional manner. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Relevant Work Experience: 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field, such as customer service, data entry, or administration. Basic Computer and Typing Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications, including typing skills with a high level of accuracy. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Background Investigation: Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation. Unrestricted Work Authorization: Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience with Claims Management Systems: Previous experience working with claims management systems or similar software applications. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Proactive and Self-Motivated: A proactive and self-motivated individual who is comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
