Key Responsibilities Managing food delivery orders through the blithequark platform, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Communicating with customers regarding their orders, providing updates, and resolving any issues that may arise. Ensuring the timely delivery of orders, working closely with our network of delivery personnel and local businesses. Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and addressing any concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
