About the Role As a Remote Data Entry Clerk and Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in providing full-time assistance to our customers. You'll be the first point of contact for customers via phone or in-person interactions, addressing their queries, and resolving issues efficiently. Your expertise in data entry, customer support, and administrative tasks will be essential in ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Place outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and respond to general inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication. Update and maintain customer call database, including enhancing and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles. Provide management support by creating and updating profile pages, and performing other administrative tasks as required. Perform filing, data entry, and document production tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail. Create and update client service issue tickets, ensuring prompt resolution of customer concerns. Assist in preparing correspondence related to the client assistance process and manage special management ventures, as well as overflow work from teams, including word-processing, data item, and Internet research tasks. Greet and direct visitors, vendors, clients, job applicants, and customers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. Perform general office roles, including submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task jobs, as required. Check and manage supply materials, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with excellent data entry and administrative skills. Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. Proven ability to follow instructions and adhere to company guidelines to perform critical work functions. Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive and solution-focused approach. Active and focused, with the skills to multi-task and prioritize requests effectively. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to work with minimal oversight and resolve internal issues independently. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be considered a plus: Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
