Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to analyze multi-channel advertising performance and ensure data accuracy. The role involves monitoring KPIs, auditing tracking setups, and creating visual reports to optimize marketing efforts. Responsibilities • Analyze multi-channel advertising performance across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and similar platforms • Extract, clean, and reconcile campaign data to ensure accuracy and consistency • Calculate and monitor KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and spend efficiency • Compare performance across time periods and against budget and target benchmarks • Audit GA4 tracking setups, conversion events, and attribution accuracy using Tag Assistant • Build and manage UTM tracking structures and campaign naming conventions • Create dashboards, visual reports, and insight summaries using Google Sheets, PowerPoint, or Data Studio • Develop budget optimization models, cohort analyses, and retention insights using historical data • Segment CRM and customer data to generate targeting and optimization recommendations Skills • Strong years of experience in digital marketing analytics, performance marketing, or marketing operations • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Sheets • Deep understanding of performance marketing KPIs and spend tracking • Hands-on experience with Excel-based modeling, funnel analysis, and cohort segmentation • Familiarity with UTM tracking, tag auditing tools, and attribution model comparisons • Exceptional attention to detail in calculations, reporting, and data visualization • Ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based environment and meet reporting deadlines Company Overview • At Crossing Hurdles, we specialise in customised recruitment and staffing solutions designed to drive success for businesses and professionals.
