[Remote] Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Ads (Work From Home) + 300USD Sign On Bonus

GrowthAssistant is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Ads to build, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns for U.S.-based clients. The role involves executing high-impact campaigns, analyzing results, and collaborating closely with U.S. agency teams to drive growth across multiple accounts. Responsibilities • Launch and optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns from scratch • Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and ad sets • Manage Google Ads channels (Search, Display, PMax, Shopping, Video, etc.) • Analyze ROAS, LTV:CAC, CTR, CPM, CPA, and other performance metrics • Identify and troubleshoot platform issues, pacing problems, or performance drops • Build reports in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUPs) • Support creative testing and asset collection across cross-functional teams • Conduct keyword research and optimize search term reports based on SEM best practices • Collaborate daily via Slack, email, video calls, and PM tools • Assist with competitive research and trend analysis Skills • 3+ years managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns • 1+ year of hands-on Google Ads experience (any of Search, Display, PMax, Shopping, or Video) • Strong understanding of paid media KPIs and optimization strategies • Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, graphs) • Experience managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency-like environment • Excellent English communication skills • Proven success working with U.S. clients • Ability to work U.S. hours (PST/EST) • Highly accountable, proactive, and detail-oriented • Agency experience • TikTok Ads or Snapchat Ads experience • Experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust), GA4, or attribution frameworks • Familiarity with creative intelligence tools (Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, Foreplay, MagicBrief) • Experience with SEO or competitive tools (SEMRush, SimilarWeb, SpyFu, Data.ai, SensorTower) Benefits • 100% Remote (Work From Home – Philippines) • Attendance, Performance, and Referral Bonuses • Paid U.S. Holidays and Paid Time Offs • Paid Parental Leave • Health Insurance coverage • Continuous Learning & Professional Development • Bi-weekly salary payouts (competitive PH rates) • Work-life balance in a supportive, growth-driven culture Company Overview • GrowthAssistant is a staffing agency that recruits and trains professionals to handle marketing tasks and campaigns for businesses.
