[Remote] Employee Central Payroll Change Management/Training/Documentation Analyst

ICONMA is a Confidential company in the Aerospace and Defense sector, seeking an Employee Central Payroll Change Management/Training/Documentation Analyst. The role involves supporting the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and developing change-management plans, training curricula, and documentation to ensure effective adoption of new processes. Responsibilities • As a contractor of our People Financial Services organization within Global Financial Services, you'll report to the HCM Payroll Senior Manager, supporting the implementation of the innovative enterprise Human Capital Management system, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Employee Central Payroll • Develop and maintain change-management plans, impact assessments, and adoption metrics • Coordinate communication cadence (announcements, FAQs, newsletters) with HR, Finance, IT, and Global People Services • Design end-to-end training curricula (in-person, virtual, e-learning) for new processes and system functionality • Deliver “train-the-trainer” sessions and serve an instructor for new payroll process roll-outs • Capture learner feedback, track completion rates, and refine content to maximize adoption • Author, version-control, and maintain functional specs, process maps and desk guides • Keep a centralized, searchable repository (SharePoint/Confluence) that is always current and compliant with Client Program Instructions policies • Track change-request status, training effectiveness, and issue logs; produce weekly dashboards for leadership • Support the HRT/HCM Organizational Change Management team to align with PMO vision and strategy • Act as a primary liaison for stakeholders, SMEs, and operations team on change-impact and training questions • Facilitate workshops to capture requirements, identify resistance, and define mitigation strategies • Analyze adoption and training data to recommend process enhancements • Capture lessons learned and embed them into the organization’s change-management framework Skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 3 years designing and executing change-management plans for large-scale technology or HR/Finance transformations • Proven ability to design, deliver, and measure training programs for adult learners (classroom, virtual, or e-learning) • Strong writing ability; experience with SharePoint, Confluence, or similar knowledge-management platforms • Excellent written and verbal skills; capable of tailoring messages for technical and non-technical audiences • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies; strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams • Experience tracking adoption metrics, training KPIs, and presenting data-driven insights • PROSCI, ACMP, or other change-management certification • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HCM solutions • Prior work in a regulated industry (defense, aerospace, government contracting) Benefits • Health Benefits • Referral Program Company Overview • ICONMA: Your Partner in Global Staffing Solutions and Digital Transformation ICONMA is a globally recognized, Woman-Owned staff augmentation and technology consulting firm.
