About Ignite Fit Life Ignite Fit Life is a fast-growing fitness and lifestyle brand rooted in the Bay Area with a mission to empower busy people to achieve their best self, physically and mentally. We’re building community through programs, apparel, media, and events — from outdoor fitness classes to our upcoming Fit Life Expo. We’re looking for a remote Event Coordinator who can bring structure, creativity, and organization to our events pipeline. You’ll plan, coordinate, and manage logistics remotely, ensuring our on-the-ground team has everything they need to execute unforgettable experiences. What You’ll Do • Event Planning: Manage timelines, run-of-show docs, vendor contracts, permits, and logistics — all remote. • Vendor & Partner Outreach: Secure venues, vendors, and sponsors (gyms, cafés, local businesses). • Marketing Coordination: Work with our content team to schedule promotions via email, social, and local partners. • Budget Tracking: Monitor event budgets, invoices, and payments. • Post-Event Recaps: Track attendance, collect feedback, and provide reports to measure impact. What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in event coordination, project management, or marketing logistics. • Highly organized and detail-oriented (spreadsheets and checklists are your love language). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for vendor and partner coordination. • Self-starter who thrives working independently and remotely. • Passion for fitness, wellness, and community (bonus if you’ve organized health or lifestyle events). Compensation & Schedule • Pay Rate: $25 – $35/hr (1099 contractor) depending on experience. • Hours: 10–15 hours per week, flexible, based on event calendar. • Fully remote role with occasional check-ins aligned to Pacific Time (Bay Area-based team).
