Job Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 40 hours per week Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate department. 3. Provide information about our products and services. 4. Maintain customer records by updating account information. 5. Process orders and transactions. 6. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction. 7. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Benefits: 1.
