About Our Food and Refreshment Team The Food and Refreshment team at arenaflex is responsible for creating a seamless experience for our visitors by ensuring that our products are fresh, in stock, and accurately priced. Our team members are experts in operations, process, and productivity, and they drive the food and food services, including replenishment, inventory accuracy, sanitation, display, pricing, and promotional marking processes for all Food and Refreshment areas of the store. As a key member of this team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in food administration, visitor service, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional visitor experiences by providing support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Work collaboratively with the Food and Refreshment team to achieve sales objectives, plan and execute daily/weekly responsibilities, and drive business results Model visitor service standards, create a help culture that focuses on the visitor experience, and train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service Conduct daily reviews of Food Administration back-of-house, production areas, dining spaces, and marketing spaces to ensure sanitation and proper stock levels Lead and develop a team of hourly colleagues, including recruiting, training, assessing, and retaining talent Ensure compliance with all food handling standards, cleaning schedules, and safety protocols Make production quantity decisions with perfect timing to ensure freshness, in-stocks, sales, and profit are achieved throughout the day Stay up-to-date on significant trends and products, and encourage team members to do the same Assess and recommend candidates for open positions, and foster a visitor-driven team Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Past retail experience preferred, but not required Solid interest and knowledge of the food administration business Ability to lead and hold others accountable Learn and adapt to current technology needs Work independently and as part of a team Manage responsibility and prioritize tasks autonomously Welcoming and helpful demeanor Effective communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in a leadership or supervisory role Knowledge of food safety and handling protocols Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with inventory management and control Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
