[Remote] Identity Access Management Analyst

The IAM Business Analyst role focuses on bridging business objectives with technical solutions, involving requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management to enhance security and ensure compliance in IAM solutions. Responsibilities Requirements Gathering: Lead discovery sessions and workshops with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for new or enhanced IAM capabilities Process Analysis & Design: Evaluate current-state ("As-Is") IAM processes and workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and design future-state ("To-Be") solutions that are efficient and secure Solution Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), use cases, process flows (e.g., using BPMN or Visio), and user stories for agile development teams Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and security professionals to ensure alignment on IAM strategies and project goals System Implementation Support: Support the full project lifecycle, from initial design and development to user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation support Compliance & Risk: Collaborate with compliance and audit teams to ensure IAM solutions adhere to regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and internal security policies Skills 1 to 3 Years of work experience Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience Strong blend of business analysis skills Solid understanding of IAM principles Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with requirements gathering Experience with process analysis and design Ability to create comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents (BRD), use cases, process flows, and user stories Ability to act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and security professionals Support the full project lifecycle from initial design to post-implementation support Collaborate with compliance and audit teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal security policies Experience with SailPoint or similar IAM platforms Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio) Understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) Ability to write business-ready documents and user stories Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and training support Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Analytical mindset for process improvement and compliance Knowledge of IAM principles and best practices Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks Experience collaborating with IT, business, and compliance teams Benefits Healthcare Time off Retirement Well-being programs Professional certification relevant to their field Tuition reimbursement Quarterly and annual incentive programs Company Overview Ensemble Health Partners is the leading revenue cycle management company for hospitals, health systems and physician practices.
