As a remote Inbound Call Center Agent, you will be an integral part of our customer support team, providing top-notch service and support to our customers. Key Responsibilities Build Sustainable Relationships: Engage customers through high service standards, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. Customer Order Management: Enter customer orders, clarify information, and identify and resolve customers' needs in a timely and efficient manner. Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Seize opportunities to upsell products, resulting in commission opportunities and enhanced customer satisfaction. Meet Performance Targets: Meet personal qualitative and quantitative targets, ensuring that customer satisfaction and business objectives are met. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: Customer Support Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a customer support role, with contact center experience being a plus. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent phone and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on proper grammar and clear articulation. Customer Focus and Adaptability: A customer-centric approach, with the ability to adapt to changing customer needs and preferences. Problem-Solving Skills: Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner. Positive Attitude and Attention to Detail: A positive attitude and attention to detail, ensuring that customer interactions are accurate and efficient. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous Experience in the Gardening or Live Goods Industry: Experience working in the gardening or live goods industry, providing a deeper understanding of customer needs and preferences. Technical Skills: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms used in customer support environments.
