Job Overview As a Remote Legal Document Notary with Certified Mobile Notary Service, you'll play a critical role in our operations, utilizing your expertise to remotely notarize legal documents and travel to various locations to facilitate notarization. Key Responsibilities Utilize video conferencing technology to remotely notarize legal documents, including real estate transactions, wills, powers of attorney, and loan documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Travel to various locations, such as clients' homes, offices, hospitals, or other designated places, to facilitate notarization. Verify identities, witness signatures, and ensure proper document execution in accordance with legal requirements. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations governing notary practices. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: U.S. Citizenship : You must be a U.S. citizen to apply for this role. Notary Public Commission : You must hold a valid Notary Public commission. High School Diploma or Equivalent : A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
