[Remote] Manager, Learning (Clinical Operations)

Humana is dedicated to putting health first and is seeking a Manager of Learning within Clinical Operations to lead a high-performing team in crafting innovative learning solutions for clinical associates. The role involves designing standardized processes, measuring program effectiveness, and fostering a collaborative culture to enhance associate experiences and support member care. Responsibilities • Design and implement standardized processes, templates, and learning materials to support clinical enablement across Medicaid markets • Measure and track the effectiveness of learning programs, analyzing engagement, knowledge retention, and behavioral change to ensure meaningful impact • Lead change and innovation initiatives by effectively communicating the case for change and fostering a culture that thrives on adaptability • Demonstrate strong leadership and emotional intelligence, promoting personal accountability and a commitment to improving the associate experience • Collect and analyze feedback from surveys, focus groups, and business data to inform recommendations for continuous improvement of program content and delivery • Apply instructional design, cognitive psychology, and adult learning theory to address knowledge and performance gaps • Remain informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance learning and development offerings • Identify and execute opportunities to automate and optimize learning processes, including program marketing, registration, resource management, and follow-up communications • Plan for departmental growth and staff succession, investing in team culture and ongoing learning and development Skills • Bachelor's degree • Four (4) or more years of learning design, program design and/or clinical operations experience • Two (2) or more years of formal or informal leadership experience • Proficiency in Articulate 360 Suite • Master's Degree in one of the following areas: Business Administration; Learning and Performance; Education; Human Resources, Organizational Design or a related field • Work experience in a health care and /or Insurance setting • Experience working with Dual-Eligible Special Needs Plans (DSNP) and/or Medicaid health plans Benefits • Medical • Dental and vision benefits • 401(k) retirement savings plan • Time off (including paid time off, company and personal holidays, volunteer time off, paid parental and caregiver leave) • Short-term and long-term disability • Life insurance Company Overview • Humana is a health insurance provider for individuals, families, and businesses.
