[Remote] Order Entry Specialist

They are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to provide customer services relating to sales, promotions, and installations while ensuring good customer relations are maintained and complaints are resolved effectively. Responsibilities • Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications • Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws • Develops organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers • Develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys Skills • Minimum of 2 or more years experience in customer service or related field • Knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education or training • Basic understanding of work routines and procedures in own discipline • Ability to maintain good customer relations and resolve claims and complaints fairly and effectively • Ability to develop organization-wide initiatives to inform and educate customers • Ability to develop improvement plans in response to customer surveys Company Overview • Dexian provides services for staffing, talent development, and consulting, with a focus on technology, finance, and project management.
