[Remote] Paid Media: Social Media& Google Ads Specialist (Freelance Contract)

They are seeking a part-time Paid Media Specialist to execute digital ads for social media and Google, managing and optimizing ad performance to drive conversions. Responsibilities • Creating, managing, monitoring and optimizing costs for the performance of ads to generate conversions • Doing research and performing competitive bidding • Measuring, analyzing and reporting on campaign updates such as CPC, CPA and benchmarks • Establish KPIs and other metrics to ensure we are hitting campaign goals • Continuously monitor the effectiveness of these programs to ensure we are driving value and ROI Skills • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications (or a related field) • 3-5 years of hands-on digital advertising experience • Demonstrated proficiency with search, display and social advertising platforms and tools such as Google Adwords and Analytics, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Bing, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc • Proficient in Google Data Studio, and/or other comparable data analytics and visualization tools • Experience in implementing event-based conversion tracking Company Overview • Jennings Social Media & Martech was founded in 2003 by Valerie Jennings at the age of 24.
