[Remote] Paid Search Specialist

They are seeking a Paid Search Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns, with a focus on driving conversions and improving campaign performance. Responsibilities Help plan, build, and launch paid search campaigns within Google Ads Conduct keyword research to identify growth opportunities and improve targeting, and you will assist with structuring campaigns, ad groups, and keywords to support clarity and performance Write and maintain ads that reflect campaign goals and brand voice Monitor daily performance for budget pacing, efficiency, and goal achievement Make routine optimizations such as adjusting bids, adding negative keywords, and reallocating budgets Support testing initiatives that involve ad copy, landing pages, and audience experiments Work with analytics partners to review dashboards, ensure tracking accuracy, and interpret results You will also create and share recurring performance summaries and insights with internal stakeholders, while staying informed about platform updates and best practices Skills A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, analytics, or a related field 1 to 3 years of hands-on paid search experience and familiarity with Google Ads You understand the basics of keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign structure You are comfortable reviewing performance metrics and identifying trends. You have experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns and tasks at once You communicate clearly and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional partners You are curious, willing to learn new tools, and open to feedback You have a proactive and results-focused mindset and enjoy testing and optimizing to improve performance Experience with paid social and affiliate marketing channels is helpful Exposure to landing page testing or conversion rate optimization is also valuable Familiarity with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools is a plus Experience working with creative partners to develop ad assets is also beneficial Benefits 13 PTO days 5 sick days The week between Christmas and New Year’s off Company Overview Pragmatic Institute provides product and data science training and education across the globe.
