[Remote] Paralegal (Onboarding Manager) [Pacific or Mountain Time]

The Paralegal (Onboarding Manager) will be responsible for onboarding, training, and support, acting as the primary contact for fund managers and their investors while ensuring the accuracy and clarity of legal documents. Responsibilities • Identifying which questions in legal documents are applicable to individuals or to entities (and what the relevant logic is) • Understanding how to take that information and structure it into Passthrough’s software (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how) • Communicating with the team on what’s working and what isn’t in case we need to make tweaks to the software or clarify with the client • Ensuring that from logic to grammar to the ordering of questions that the final version is consumer-grade Skills • Self-starter and self-motivated to hit deadlines without micro management • Attention to detail • Flexibility to handle work • Helpful • Prior legal experience in the alternative investment space (i.e. venture capital, private equity, hedge funds, etc) Benefits • Passthrough stock options • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Annual health & wellness stipend • 401k contribution program with matching • Life insurance • PTO & unlimited sick leave • Parental leave Company Overview • Passthrough develops a fund workflow automation platform that makes it easy to distribute subscription agreements to investors.
