[Remote] Project Coordinator (Kentucky Based)

The Project Coordinator will manage various projects in the government sector, ensuring standardized project management methodologies and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Manages projects through the various lifecycle stages from business need through design and delivery Supports project-chartering process and setup Plans, schedules and tracks projects Manages project priorities, scope, timelines and expectations Coordinates intradepartmental projects and resources Manages multiple, parallel projects using formal IT project management methodologies Maintains IT project controls that accurately reflect completed work against project plans, schedules and budgets, and ensure user/management involvement at appropriate milestones Continually identifies, prioritizes and mitigates project risks Manages the team, driving motivation, collaboration and performance Tracks short-term project metrics (for example, schedule variances and customer satisfaction) Provides management with regular communication on the progress of projects and other initiatives Provides oversight and control of any external resources contracted to the project Promotes effective teamwork and manages the resolution of interpersonal issues Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Prior experience as a Motor Vehicle Title Clerk or in a similar role Ideally, 1-2 years' experience as a project coordinator Strong leadership, teaching and mentoring skills Identify project requirements to the necessary level for planning and scheduling purposes Estimate the project's effort from functional requirements Implement project change process Sufficient communication and organization skills Ability to make a project risk assessment, monitoring and mitigation planning Results-oriented Demonstrated success establishing, managing and maintaining effective working relationships at the management level, both internal and external to the organization Strong written and presentation skills Strong MS Office product skills: Excel, Word, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint is preferred Benefits Competitive Salary Annual Bonus Potential Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Unlimited PTO Policy Matching 401K with immediate vesting Subsidized Lunches at our Cleveland Headquarters Fast Paced work environment in a growth company Newly Renovated Office Space Company Overview SaaS solutions to create, manage and transfer digital vehicle titles for insurance carriers, lenders, state govt, vehicle retailers and OEMs It was founded in 2018, and is headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
