[Remote] Recruiter, Part-Time - Remote (Cincinnati, OH)

They are seeking a part-time Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting, collaborate with clients on their hiring needs, and provide guidance on hiring best practices. Responsibilities • Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, passive outreach, screening, scheduling, and interviewing • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and role requirements • Develop and post job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract top talent • Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and client hiring teams • Provide guidance on hiring best practices and compliance as well as monitor and report on recruitment metrics and outcomes • Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews • Travel locally to client sites as needed (Dayton, Mason, Cincinnati, Columbus, Toledo) Skills • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship. • Self-motivated, adaptable, and service-oriented • Ability to build trust and credibility with clients • Strong communication and organizational skills • 3+ years of recruiting experience • PHR or SHRM-CP certification Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field Benefits • Health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits • Paid time off • Overtime pay for non-exempt employees • Robust learning and development programs • Reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy • Employee perks and discounts Company Overview • OneDigital is focused exclusively on employee benefits.
