As a Remote Entry-Level Managing Agent, you will conduct consultations, assess financial needs, and guide members through benefit enrollment processes while providing ongoing support. Responsibilities Conduct daily phone consultations with members from our established database Assess financial needs and present appropriate life and supplemental benefit solutions Clearly explain coverage options and guide members through the enrollment process Maintain ongoing communication to answer questions, provide updates, and resolve concerns Support existing policyholders with reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance Ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfort working with technology in a virtual environment Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail Self-motivation and the ability to work independently A competitive, client-focused mindset Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Coachability and a commitment to continuous professional growth Applicants must be physically located in the United States and legally authorized to work in the U.S Sales or customer-facing experience Benefits Performance-based incentives, bonuses, and recognition Union membership through OPEIU Local 277 Company Overview Globe Life is an insurance company.
