Posting Date 09/19/2025 2476 Swedesford RdSTE 150, Malvern, Pennsylvania, 19355-1456, United States of America GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Revenue Operations (ROPS) Lead drives the DaVita Intake team responsible for insurance verifications, ensuring adherence to the standard health insurance verification process for patient placement. This position supports a team of specialists to deliver quick, accurate verifications in alignment with DaVita policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. The ROPS Lead provides guidance to Revenue Specialist teammates on daily workflow, team questions, supports the supervisor with onboarding and training needs, performs data trending analysis as needed, conducts quality assurance reviews, and monitors key performance metrics to drive operational excellence.] Candidates who are local to Federal Way, WA or Malvern, PA, CBO: 1x month onsite presence is highly encouraged Required: Insurance verification Coordination of benefits (COB) Reggie SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No formal direct reports; provides day-to-day support and guidance to teammates. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the insurance verification team through processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Provide teammates with real-time support, guidance on complex issues, and policy expertise. Assist with team audits, data collection, and reporting to monitor quality, accuracy, and team outcomes. Partner with supervisors on projects, assignments, and action plans to drive improvements. Supports productivity check-ins, helps to track performance metrics, and escalate issues when needed. Participate in meetings, trainings, and other assigned duties. Model DaVita’s core values and contribute to a positive, team-focused culture. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, DaVita policies, and federal/state regulations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience • High School diploma or equivalent required • Two to four years’ experience in healthcare reimbursement and revenue cycle management preferred • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Essential Behaviors, Skills, and Attitudes • Commitment to DaVita’s core values of Service Excellence, Integrity, Team, Continuous Improvement, Accountability, Fulfillment, and Fun • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and root causes • Effective communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt priorities in a high-paced environment • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements LANGUAGE SKILLS • Fluent in written and verbal English • Ability to understand clinical and medical vocabulary PHYSICAL DEMANDS • Ability to lift 2–15 pounds unassisted • Extended periods of sitting with occasional standing, walking, and reaching • Ability to use computer equipment and peripherals effectively WORK ENVIRONMENT • Moderate noise level (business office setting) • No exposure to hazardous materials beyond standard office conditions WHAT WE’LL PROVIDE More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Wage Range for the role is $23.00 - $34.00 per hour. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
