Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Common Thread Collective (CTC) is focused on driving growth for early-stage eCommerce brands through their Accelerator Program. The Sales Representative will lead sales conversations, manage the sales cycle from qualification to close, and collaborate with internal teams to onboard new clients effectively. Responsibilities Maintain a full pipeline, execute consistent outreach, and follow up promptly to keep deals progressing Translate CTC’s performance based services into persuasive, growth oriented messaging that converts curiosity into commitment Tailor presentations and proposals to brand stage, industry, and marketing maturity, demonstrating how CTC’s Accelerator model fits their growth goals Work with Sales and Revenue leaders to build accurate pipeline forecasts based on deal progression and close rates Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective Accelerator clients, responding quickly and confidently to interest from emerging brands Conduct discovery calls, assess fit for the Accelerator program, and confidently present CTC’s services, value proposition, and pricing Manage proposals, follow ups, and objection handling to bring qualified brands into the program and consistently hit monthly sales targets Work with Strategy, Onboarding, and Client Success teams to ensure new clients enter with clarity, confidence, and momentum Use platforms like Apollo, HubSpot, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research, qualify, and prioritize outbound targets that align with our ideal customer profile Develop personalized, value driven messaging and maintain a disciplined outreach rhythm across calls, emails, and social channels to drive engagement and build trust Translate prospect pain points into clear, outcome oriented stories that demonstrate our value proposition and move cold opportunities toward close Understand client pain points and articulate CTC’s capabilities clearly and confidently Drive top of funnel activity through structured outbound outreach, research, and lead qualification Execute core stages of the sales cycle with precision, from discovery to proposal delivery, under guidance from senior team members Maintain accurate and up to date CRM records, ensuring pipeline visibility for leadership Assist in preparing forecasts and performance reports while developing a strong understanding of sales metrics and conversion stages Support the deal closing process by preparing materials, conducting research, and learning from senior negotiators Actively seek feedback, shadowing opportunities, and professional development Skills 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing services, SaaS, or technology-based solutions Strong communication skills High level of organization Understanding of eCommerce brand challenges Ability to maintain a full pipeline and execute consistent outreach Ability to translate CTC's performance based services into persuasive messaging Ability to tailor presentations and proposals to brand stage, industry, and marketing maturity Ability to work with Sales and Revenue leaders to build accurate pipeline forecasts Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for prospective Accelerator clients Ability to conduct discovery calls and assess fit for the Accelerator program Ability to manage proposals, follow ups, and objection handling Ability to work with Strategy, Onboarding, and Client Success teams Ability to use platforms like Apollo, HubSpot, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Ability to develop personalized, value driven messaging Ability to translate prospect pain points into clear, outcome oriented stories Solution Based Communication skills Prospecting & Pipeline Growth skills Sales Process Execution skills Operational Discipline & Forecast Support skills Negotiation Fundamentals skills Continuous Learning & Growth Mindset Experience in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce Comfortable using dashboards and reports to monitor conversion metrics Familiar with eCommerce platforms and major paid media tools Experience in using platforms like Rightsignature and Google Workspace Demonstrates the ability to independently generate leads and close deals Skilled in executing structured outbound campaigns Ability to articulate complex marketing concepts clearly Ability to quickly assimilate new tools and market dynamics Ability to partner effectively with internal teams Operates with persistence, discipline, and accountability Benefits 401K | program with a 3% company match (post 90 days employment) to bring out the investor inside you TIME OFF | When you’re at CTC, you’re firing on all cylinders.
