[Remote] Salesforce Business System Analyst - Finance

They are hiring a Business Systems Analyst to support Finance, focusing on Salesforce-integrated financial platforms and ensuring financial processes scale as the business grows. Responsibilities • Leading requirements gathering for complex finance-related initiatives • Writing functional and technical specifications in an Agile environment • Collaborating on system design, including workflows, configurations, and integrations • Supporting Salesforce-to-finance system flows, including billing and invoicing • Acting as a trusted partner to Finance stakeholders, including senior leaders • Supporting strategic initiatives such as financial system upgrades and new capabilities • Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and alignment with accounting principles • Helping move Finance away from reactive break-fix work toward scalable solutions Skills • 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst or Systems Analyst experience • Hands-on experience supporting Finance functions such as GL, AR, AP, billing, tax, or collections • Salesforce experience in a complex enterprise environment • Experience working with financial platforms such as Zuora, Certinia, or similar • Ability to analyze data, understand system flows, and identify root causes • Experience writing clear requirements, process flows, and specifications • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams • Comfort working with senior stakeholders and leadership • Direct Zuora experience, especially billing, invoicing, or workflows • SQL or data analysis experience • Power BI familiarity • Prior consulting background • IIBA or PMI-PBA certification Company Overview • Spinnaker was founded in 2012 in Paoli, PA, with a simple but powerful mission: to raise the bar in professional search by building true partnerships, not just filling roles.
