The Senior Inside Sales Representative will work with field partners and end-user customers to drive opportunities and provide account support, while participating in various sales initiatives. Responsibilities • Work with field partners and end-user customers within the US and globally to drive opportunities and educate on Lenovo's portfolio offerings • Support configuration discussions and provide solutions as well as proactive follow-up, product information, and overall account support via telephone • Participate in segment initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management, outbound calls, and weekly program follow-ups with partners Skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Experience with outbound calling and prospecting • Knowledge of IT hardware, software, and data center solutions • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools Company Overview • Lenovo Group is a computer technology company that manufactures personal computers, smartphones, televisions, and wearable devices.
