[Remote] Travel Clinical Research Assistant

The role involves performing venipuncture, managing biospecimens, and ensuring clear communication with participants and teams during health research activities. Responsibilities Perform independent venipuncture and manage difficult draws per protocol Collect, label, process, package, and ship biospecimens while maintaining chain of custody Assist with the setup and teardown of event sites and preparation of outreach materials Communicate clearly with participants and on-site teams, escalating issues as necessary Record data accurately and enter it in real-time on paper or electronic documents Skills 1+ year of recent hands-on phlebotomy experience in a clinical setting Minimum of 200 total venipunctures; 25-50 capillary sticks; 30-50 sticks in the last 2-3 months Working knowledge of federal regulations, Good Clinical Practices (GCP), and medical terminology Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Some clinical research experience preferred Demonstrated competency in specimen processing Current national phlebotomy certification (e.g., ASCP, AMT, NHA, NCCT) Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude under pressure Comfortable using mobile apps/eSource and standard office tools Benefits Comprehensive benefits including 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) and company-paid holidays Company Overview We orchestrate personalized job matches by curating the most attractive opportunities across the market, strategically surfacing positions that align with what job seekers are actively pursuing—not roles employers are struggling to fill.
