[Remote] Tyler Munis Functional Implementation Consultant for Human Capital Management (HCM)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kreative Core Technologies is seeking an Implementation Consultant to manage the successful implementation of Tyler software products for clients. The role involves consulting with clients to understand their business needs and providing knowledge transfer services to ensure effective use of the software. Responsibilities • Provide professional services such as consultation, analysis of client’s business model and to identify and document client requirements regarding Tyler products and functionality • Prepare client’s software knowledge readiness through education on Tyler software products, educate users on software functionality as well as on data entry, system administration, user security, and user permissions • Design training materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions on site or through webinars, which may consequently include the following: • Provision of instruction to clients on proofing and analyzing data conversions from existing software to Tyler applications • Recommendation of options for new approaches in client’s work processes as appropriate to ensure efficient development, forms, reports, interfaces, process, configuration and other relevant changes • Consulting with users to identify the proper data mapping process for the product conversion • Identifying and documenting business/technical requirement specifications for specific software design C software solution for the client's needs • Provision of instruction to clients on proofing and analyzing data conversions from existing software to Tyler applications • Creation of custom reports or customize existing reports to satisfy client requirements • Play an active role in troubleshooting client issues, or work with the Support or Development departments to resolve • Assist QA staff with product testing or modification testing as required • Create both client-facing and internal documentation such as "quick tips" and "how-to’s" • Participate in the annual User Conference and facilitate user group discussion on assigned module/topic • Keep up to date on administrative tasks such as documenting client issues, communicating agendas, submitting trip reports, timesheets and weekly expense reports, and updating systems-related client activity • Notify management and appropriate organization/department of issues or unplanned events that could impact the effectiveness/schedule/budget of the implementation • Act as liaison between the client and company's technical staff including conveying technical information so that non-technical individuals can understand • Perform other duties as assigned Skills • Hands-on experience with business process analysis, design, and functional expertise in the field of government enterprise human capital management, payroll processing, leave management and personnel actions, business configurations and remediations and best practices • Ability to deliver high-quality knowledge transfer services of Tyler software products to clients • Experience in consulting and partnering with clients to understand workflow, business/technical requirements • Ability to ensure transition to Tyler software is completed according to predetermined timelines • Experience in providing professional services such as consultation, analysis of client's business model and documenting client requirements • Ability to prepare client's software knowledge readiness through education on Tyler software products • Experience in designing training materials and conducting knowledge transfer sessions • Ability to provide instruction to clients on proofing and analyzing data conversions from existing software to Tyler applications • Experience in recommending options for new approaches in client's work processes • Ability to identify and document business/technical requirement specifications for specific software design • Experience in creating custom reports or customizing existing reports to satisfy client requirements • Ability to troubleshoot client issues and work with Support or Development departments to resolve them • Experience in assisting QA staff with product testing or modification testing • Ability to create both client-facing and internal documentation • Experience in participating in the annual User Conference and facilitating user group discussions • Ability to keep up to date on administrative tasks such as documenting client issues and submitting reports • Experience in acting as liaison between the client and company's technical staff • Ability to learn, understand, demonstrate, and educate clients on Tyler software applications • Demonstrated ability to understand business processes and apply these to the product • Demonstrated excellent people skills and ability to build client relationships • Ability to maintain a courteous, professional, and confident demeanor throughout the implementation process • Experience in working with a diverse group of people and adapting to a dynamic environment • Ability to instill client confidence in the use of Tyler applications Company Overview • Kreative Core Technologies was founded on delivering results, not promises.
