This is a full-time, fast-paced role (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CT) with real growth potential for the right person. What You’ll Do You’ll be the heartbeat of our operations—communicating with residents, keeping things organized, and making sure our systems run smoothly. This position is responsible for resident onboarding, lease compliance, and managing resident-related operations from move-in to move-out. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, communicative, and highly organized with a firm understanding of housing regulations and internal compliance procedures.Key responsibilities include: Resident Relations • Answer inbound calls and help residents with questions, concerns, or maintenance needs • Call residents regarding past-due balances (collections) • Create new leases and send for signatures • Process lease renewals and move-ins/outs in AppFolio • Complete Section 8 packets for new residents • Check CHA/HACC portals for upcoming inspections • Draft and send resident notices • Enter late fees and update property data What You Bring • Super strong communication and conflict-resolution skills (bilingual English/Spanish is a huge plus) • Professional, friendly, and approachable attitude • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail • Thrives in a fast-moving environment • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently • Committed to growth and excellence • 2+ years of relevant property management experience • Proficient in Appfolio • Ability to interpret lease agreements and make judgment calls (ie. on damage vs. normal wear and tear).
