Retention Associate

About the position As the Retention/Lifecycle Marketing Associate at Boll & Branch, you will be instrumental in enhancing customer engagement and driving repeat purchases. This role involves managing and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, and print, to convert leads into loyal customers. You will collaborate with multiple teams within the Growth Marketing department and report directly to the Senior Manager of Retention. Responsibilities • Manage the CRM calendar for blast email and SMS sends • Own the audience segmentation, execution and day-to-day QA of email and SMS campaigns • Write creative briefs and provide creative feedback in the review process • Conduct thorough A/B testing to optimize campaign strategies and templates • Analyze and report on email and SMS performance, providing recommendations to action on learnings • Collaborate with our Direct Mail agency to deploy print campaigns • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to incorporate into the CRM strategy Requirements • 1+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a preference for CRM and retention marketing • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to compile reports, interpret data, and draw actionable insights • Hands-on experience with an ESP (Iterable, Klayvio, Braze, etc.) preferred • Experience with Excel and Looker preferred • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred Nice-to-haves • Experience in marketing • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies • Knowledge of customer engagement strategies Benefits • Commuter assistance • Health savings account • AD&D insurance • Disability insurance • Health insurance • Dental insurance • 401(k) • Flexible spending account • Paid time off • Work from home • Employee assistance program • Vision insurance • Employee discount • Gym membership Apply tot his job
