Retention Specialist

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Poland, Georgia (USA) Overview: SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Retention Specialist. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values. Key responsibilities: • Execute strategies to retain players, increase engagement, and reduce churn • Tailor retention efforts to various player segments, focusing on maximizing lifetime value (LTV) • Monitor and analyse player activity and behaviour through data analytics tools. Ensure personalized rewards and bonuses are aligned with player preferences • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns (email, SMS, in-game messages) aimed at reactivating dormant players and keeping active players engaged • Track the performance of campaigns and adjust based on results • Track retention KPIs such as churn rates, player LTV, and active user metrics • Generate regular reports on retention efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization • Handle Player Feedback and Complaints • Segment and Target Players. Requirements: • Strong understanding of customer engagement principles • Analytical skills and responsibility • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities • English proficiency (B2 or higher is a plus).
