As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers with a professional and friendly demeanor. Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Identifying and escalating priority issues, reporting to high-level management as needed. Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Recording details of customer interactions accurately and efficiently. Developing rapport with customers through upbeat and positive interactions. Offering solutions, not excuses, to resolve customer issues. What Qualities Do We Look For? To be successful in this role, you'll need: 1 Year of Customer Service-Related Experience: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. 1 Year of Call Center Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with call center operations and procedures. Basic Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs. Excellent Grammar, Punctuation, and Spelling: A keen eye for detail and a strong command of written communication. Residency in Eligible States: Live in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah. Why arenaflex?
