Risk Manager II, Accreditation, Regulatory Ops, Pharmacy
About the position The Accreditation Risk Manager is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, delegating, and performing all annual and ongoing due diligence audits for the Pharmacy's accreditations. They shall also ensure compliance with Amazon Pharmacy's obtained accreditations along with oversight of related compliance and quality programs. The Accreditation Risk Manager will serve as the interpretive expert for the required accreditation standards applicable to their program, and support the Pharmacy in identifying new accreditation needs based on forward-looking business strategy. Responsibilities • Monitor, coordinate, delegate, and perform all annual and ongoing due diligence audits for the Pharmacy's accreditations. • Ensure compliance with Amazon Pharmacy's obtained accreditations. • Oversee related compliance and quality programs. • Serve as the interpretive expert for the required accreditation standards. • Support the Pharmacy in identifying new accreditation needs based on business strategy. Requirements • Must have a high school diploma or GED. • Certified Technician, or greater, with active and in good standing license and in domicile state as required by state BOP. • Knowledge of National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP), Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC), or other applicable regulatory experience. • Project management experience with strong organizational and communication skills. • Experience drafting policy, procedure, and/or critical business update content. • Passion for Pharmacy compliance best practices. Nice-to-haves • Experience using MS Office products, including Word and Outlook. • Bachelor's degree preferred. • 12 months experience at Amazon Pharmacy or in a compliance or quality related role. • Ability to travel frequently. • Knowledge of ACHC. • Knowledge of LegitScript. • Ability to promote a team atmosphere.
