Sales Appointment Setter for a US Advertising Agency

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter in LATAM only to support financial advisors by generating and qualifying leads through phone outreach. This performance-based sales role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to consistently meeting daily and weekly targets. Working hours will vary depending on the client assignment ( Pacific, Central, and Eastern Time zones). Setters typically start with one client but should be open to working across multiple time zones if assigned to more. Usually up to 2 or 3, based on performance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct both inbound and outbound calls to set appointments with prospective clients for financial advisors Qualify incoming leads from Facebook advertising campaigns to ensure alignment with client criteria Maintain an organized calendar and daily schedule to maximize appointment booking efficiency Accurately track interactions and update lead information in CRM systems Collaborate with financial advisors and sales teams to optimize lead conversion strategies Requirements The candidate must be based in LATAM and we require an English resume. This role is for bilinguals only. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or call-based outreach. Demonstrated strong work ethic and self-motivation in a performance-based or commission-driven sales environment. Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and handle high call volumes.
