Covala Group, part of NFP, is an administrator of disability insurance benefits for corporate clients. The Sales Support position is integral to the team, focusing on supporting salespeople and producing high-quality materials consistent with company branding. Responsibilities Develop and maintain key relationships with insurance carrier contacts Manage pre-sale quoting and preparation of presentations for sales team Support sales team by providing recommendations, answering questions and researching options Update client/sales PowerPoint presentations Compile and coordinate prospective client and marketing research Create marketing materials Research/Update/Develop statistics for presentations and enrollment materials Prospect research (D&B, miedge/Zwayve, SPD search) Create and maintain enrollment communications templates Skills Attention to detail A high level of accountability and ownership of work Ability to work on a fast-paced team with specific deadlines Resourcefulness and ability to consult others to get a job done Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time A team-oriented, friendly collaborative attitude Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel An active insurance license (Life and Health, LTC Certificate) or availability to obtain a license within three months When working from home, you must maintain a private workspace to secure company equipment and correspondence; maintain high-speed internet, be present and responsive online and minimize personal interruptions during your work shift Bachelor's Degree Knowledge of HTML/SQL is a plus Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus CLU, ChFC Designation is a plus Benefits Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, etc.) 401K Match Paid time off and paid holidays Education assistance program Exclusive discount programs Health and Wellness programs Company Overview NFP, an Aon company, helps companies and individuals address today’s most significant Risk Capital and Human Capital challenges.
