SAP EWM/ MM Analyst
OBJECTIVE: We have an exciting opportunity at ZWILLING, based in Pleasantville, New York, for a permanent SAP EWM / MM analyst Extended Warehouse Management / Material management analyst). Responsibilities: • Act as the first point of contact for SAP EWM super-users, providing hands-on support, training, and troubleshooting • Act as first point of contact for SAP MM / SCM super-users. • Monitor and optimize warehouse processes to ensure smooth execution of inbound, outbound, and inventory management functions • Install, monitor and support paper and label printers in SAP • Collaborate with IT teams to test and deploy SAP EWM updates, and enhancements • Provide super-user training, develop documentation, and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to improve system adoption • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues to minimize downtime and operational disruptions. • Support maintenance of SAP material master data relevant to EWM/MM • Set up and support SAP outputs/PPFs processing. • Work with global counterparts and external vendors on process adaptations • Monitor and resolve Idocs and RFCs issues • Set-up new labels and forms in Adobe LifeCycle • Monitor and support automations such as put to light system and conveyor Qualifications: • At least 2 End to end implementations • At least 2 years of SAP MM/SCM and or WM/EWM experience • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field • Experience working in a global SAP environment • Good understanding of Excel, ability to run reports and utilize Excel to provide insights. • Hands on experience working in a warehouse setting. • Fluency in Spanish is a plus • Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment is a plus • Experience working in a US retailer is a plus • SAP EWM Decentralized version experience is a plus Salary Range: $85,000.00- $95,000.00 per year contingent upon experience About Zwilling: For over 292 years, ZWILLING J.A.
