School & Business Outreach Lead — LEGO STEM Franchise

I am seeking a motivated Franchise Outreach Partner and teacher to build school and business partnerships across Davis County and North Salt Lake to grow a LEGO STEM education franchise. This role is ideal for college students, recent graduates, or stay-at-home parents seeking flexible, part-time work with meaningful community impact. The successful candidate who establishes the outreach territory will earn a 49% ownership stake in the franchise. Key responsibilities • Prospect, contact, and build relationships with elementary/middle schools, after‑school programs, preschools, tutoring centers, youth organizations, and local businesses. • Present and sell LEGO STEM programs and partnership opportunities to school administrators, PTA leaders, program directors, and business managers. • Schedule, run, or coordinate informational sessions, demonstrations, trial classes, or pop-up events. • Aid in negotiating partnership terms, prepare simple MOUs or agreements, and coordinate with the franchisor for onboarding and program delivery. • Develop and execute local marketing and outreach plans (email campaigns, phone outreach, social media posts, local events). • Track leads, partnerships, outreach activities, and conversion metrics; report weekly to franchise leadership. • Represent the franchise professionally at community events and networking meetings. Qualifications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenter. • Strong marketing, outreach, or sales experience (school or community outreach experience preferred). • Self-starter with ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
