Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Support Provide basic technical support to customers via phone or chat, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Deliver an exceptional support experience, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout their interaction. Qualifications: The Skills and Competencies You Need to Succeed To be considered for this role, you'll need: A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. To be at least 18 years of age. To be flexible to the needs of the business, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. A strong internet connection, with a hardwired connection (no satellite or wireless) and a minimum speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up. A working phone line (home phone or mobile), a standalone monitor (19 inch), and a noise/distraction-free home office environment. A desk and an ergonomic chair to ensure a comfortable working environment. Location Requirements: Must Live in the United States To be eligible for this role, you must live in the United States and reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia, or Wyoming.
