Role: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) • **Please note that we are not considering agency involvement. We are looking for an Individual CFO who is open to a full-time position now or in the future and can commit dedicated focus to our organization.*** We are looking for an experienced and highly strategic CFO to oversee our financial operations, strengthen financial systems, and guide our company through its next stage of growth. This role requires deep e-commerce and D2C financial expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple brands. Oversee financial operations, accounting, reporting, and compliance. Track brand-wise profitability, contribution margins, CAC/ROAS efficiency, and cash flow. Provide financial insights for product testing, market entry, and new product launches. Strengthen financial controls and streamline financial processes. Manage banking relationships, audits, and capital allocation. Identify financial risks and ensure compliance across all operating regions. Requirements Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in e-commerce, D2C, or consumer brands. Strong understanding of performance-marketing and e-commerce unit economics. Experience managing multi-brand financial structures and rapid growth environments.
