You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, developing a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. You will structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between arenaflex and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within arenaflex to collaborate on projects and drive client success. **Responsibilities** * Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, developing a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. * Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between arenaflex and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within arenaflex to collaborate on projects and drive client success. * Plan and achieve growth goals through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing goals. * Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers. * Build knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, or advertising sales. * Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context. * Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions. * Knowledge of traditional and contemporary or online marketing strategy and tactics (e.g., product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas). * Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy. * Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs. * Ability to achieve goals to drive growth. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. * Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business challenges and opportunities. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Senior Account Executive on our Mid-Market Sales team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in digital marketing and advertising sales. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
