We're a team of trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best arenaflex has to offer to SMBs. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll have the opportunity to work with company owners and make a real difference in their businesses by helping them grow. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Account Executive on our Mid-Market Sales team, you'll be responsible for: * Building and managing relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, developing a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. * Structuring a clear, long-term joint strategy between arenaflex and clients, and leading a cross-functional team within arenaflex to collaborate on projects and drive client success. * Planning and achieving growth goals through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals. * Developing forward-thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantifying high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers. * Building knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, or advertising sales. * Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders. * Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy. * Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs. * Ability to achieve goals to drive growth. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context. * Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions. * Knowledge of traditional and contemporary or online marketing strategy and tactics (e.g., product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas). * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines. **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop data-driven analyses and recommendations. * Ability to work in a collaborative environment, prioritizing team goals and objectives. * Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and address client needs. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Senior Account Executive on our Mid-Market Sales team, you'll have access to: * Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. * A dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and industries. * A comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary range of $129,000-$191,000, bonus, equity, and benefits. * A chance to make a real difference in the lives of business owners and entrepreneurs, helping them grow and succeed in the digital age. **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
