Senior AI Automation Specialist
Project Overview We are seeking an expert AI Automation Specialist to build the foundational infrastructure for a high-volume cold email lead generation system for our client in the Building Material Suppliers & Distributors niche. This project requires deep expertise in email deliverability, DNS configuration, and platform integration. Initial Scope: Full setup of a high-deliverability Cold Email Campaign Agent infrastructure. Future Scope: Successful completion may lead to follow-on work integrating n8n workflows, multi-channel chatbots (Facebook/WhatsApp), and CRM integration. Required Technical Skills (Non-Negotiable) Expert Email Deliverability: Proven ability to configure and troubleshoot SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. Cold Email Platform Experience: Experience with platforms like Instantly, Woodpecker, or similar high-volume sending tools. DNS Management: Proficient with DNS providers (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, etc.). API Integration: Experience connecting email service provider APIs (Google Workspace/Outlook) to sending platforms. Inbox Warming: Expertise in setting up and monitoring automated domain and inbox warming processes.
