Senior Business Systems Analyst – Supply Chain Management, SCM

Job Description: • Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle SCM modules, including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Product Lifecycle Management. • Manage full project lifecycles: discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and transition to support. • Partner with operational support teams to ensure ongoing system stability, incorporate feedback from the support funnel, and prioritize enhancements. • Drive alignment of project outcomes with organizational goals and leading practices. • Support integrations between Oracle Cloud SCM and procurement intake platforms (e.g., Zip), ensuring seamless workflows for requisition, approval, and purchase order creation. • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating supply chain requirements into actionable systems solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to deliver integrated, high-quality results. • Build trusted relationships with global stakeholders, identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimization. • Analyze and improve supply chain workflows (procure-to-pay, inventory management), with a focus on automation and scalability. • Stay current with Oracle Cloud SCM feature releases, integrations, and emerging technologies, including AI and advanced analytics. • Identify and champion innovative solutions that enhance reporting, demand planning, and supply chain visibility. • Partner with stakeholders on system security and compliance requirements, ensuring robust governance across SCM modules. • Support the design and enforcement of controls that meet audit, regulatory, and operational standards. • Facilitate change management and enable smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. • Mentor junior analysts and project team members, providing guidance on supply chain systems, business analysis practices, and cross-functional collaboration. • Lead internal enablement sessions to share best practices and lessons learned. • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning across the systems and supply chain communities. Requirements: • 7+ years of proven expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management modules (Procurement, Inventory). • 3+ years in Oracle Fusion, from project initiation to hypercare support. • Strong understanding of core supply chain processes, including procure-to-pay, inventory management, and logistics. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with operational support counterparts and integrate feedback into project design. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process modeling skills, with attention to scalability and compliance. • Oracle SCM Cloud certification(s) strongly preferred. • Experience with large-scale ERP or supply chain transformations in consulting and/or industry roles. • Familiarity with system integration, data architecture, and automation tools (e.g., OIC). • Exposure to emerging AI capabilities for supply chain optimization. • Experience with procurement intake and orchestration tools such as Zip, and their integration with ERP systems.
