Senior Client Success Manager – SaaS / Remote
This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who has owned customer relationships and knows how to balance service, accountability, and execution. You’ll be a key operator in the business — not just support. You’ll play a key role in scaling client success and reducing day-to-day founder involvement What you’ll do • Lead onboarding and strategy calls for higher-value clients • Own client satisfaction, retention, and escalations • Manage complex workflows and edge cases • Improve internal processes and playbooks • Support and mentor junior team members as needed In your application, include the word “ownership” somewhere in your response. What we’re looking for • Proven client success or account management experience • Comfortable leading conversations and making decisions • Strong technical aptitude • Able to work independently in a fast-moving SaaS • Strong judgment — able to resolve issues without escalation Mortgage, CRM, or SaaS experience strongly preferred.
