Position at a Glance: Position: Senior Consultant - Epic Client Systems Administrator - Remote Compensation: Competitive salary with opportunities for growth and professional development Start Date: Immediate openings available Location: Remote (with flexible work arrangements) Company: Workwarp Job Summary: As a Senior Consultant - Epic Client Systems Administrator, you'll play a critical role in delivering Epic-related consulting services to our clients. You'll work closely with project teams, end-users, and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes. Your technical expertise, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills will enable you to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex problems, mentor client teams, and drive project success. Key Responsibilities: Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for Nordic clients, including system builds, troubleshooting, and optimization Apply technical expertise to individual client system builds to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems Mentor client project teams as necessary in project and system build strategy, and provide guidance on best practices Track and document risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies Analyze and document workflows, and provide recommendations for process improvements Work closely with project leadership, including documentation and facilitation, to ensure successful project outcomes Work directly with Epic end-users, monitor workflows, provide documentation, and optimization suggestions Lead meetings regarding project status and on-going work-product coordination Perform additional specific duties related to the project as may be required and dictated by individual clients May be invited to attend corporate functions as a representative of the company to meet prospective consultants, and solidify relationships with clients and Nordic co-workers Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: At least 2 years of Epic experience, with a strong understanding of Epic systems and workflows At least 1 current Epic certification (ECSA, ECSM, or equivalent) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex problems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, project teams, and leadership Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team Preferred Qualifications: Experience on Connect or optimization projects Additional Epic certifications or training Experience working in a healthcare setting or with healthcare clients Strong project management skills, with experience managing projects or leading project teams Skills and Competencies: Technical expertise in Epic systems and workflows Analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Collaboration and teamwork Adaptability and flexibility Continuous learning and professional development Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At Workwarp, we're committed to the growth and development of our consultants.
