Senior Coordinator - Change Implementation
About the position Wells Fargo is seeking an Activation IC (Senior Change Implementation Coordinator) in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will support product builds on Core Treasury Management products, work with multiple Lead ICs on customer requests, ensure that products are completed according to established timelines, collaborate with downstream partners on implementation tasks, and utilize a multitude of systems and processes to perform product builds. You will also ensure customer implementation data is accurately captured and recorded, and services are correctly set up. The role requires flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, deadlines, and new surroundings, as well as proactive identification and resolution of problems/issues. Additionally, you will support change implementation by identifying ways to improve workflow and offer recommendations and support for the team, while performing complex administrative and operational support tasks. Responsibilities • Support product builds on Core Treasury Management products • Work with multiple Lead ICs on customer requests • Ensure that products are completed according to established timelines • Collaborate with downstream partners on implementation tasks • Utilize a multitude of systems and processes to perform product builds • Ensure customer implementation data is accurately captured and recorded, and services are correctly set up • Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings • Proactively identify and resolve problems/issues • Support change implementation by identifying ways to improve workflow and offer recommendations and support for the team • Perform complex administrative, and operational support tasks Requirements • 4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Nice-to-haves • 1+ years of Treasury Management experience in Service, Implementation or equivalent • Demonstrate a strong focus on risk mitigation, attention to detail, and ability to follow documented procedures • Advanced Microsoft Office, Outlook and PowerPoint • Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers, peers and partners • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment • Advanced organizational skills Apply tot his job
