We believe that remarkable support is essential to customer success, and we're committed to delivering exceptional experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. **Job Summary** As a Senior Customer Experience Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including field groups, cloud arrangement modelers, and support enhancement designers, to become customers into fans with elite designing-driven support insight. Your primary goal will be to identify and resolve complex technical issues, provide expert guidance to customers, and collaborate with internal teams to drive prioritization of stage/support improvement needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize designing tools, client telemetry, and direct client feedback to identify and hail defects/signals in the product or service, or an issue with the customer. * Track customer incidents and, with minimal oversight, engage with customers and partners to understand the issue, inform them about the current status, and communicate progress and subsequent steps to customers. * With minimal direction, contribute to or investigate and resolve issues using diagnostics. * Gather feedback from customers and partners to understand product usage and identify feature and information gaps and key performance indicators (KPIs) in the current product. * With minimal direction, execute new features/instruments to improve products. * Assist customers and partners in staying current with best practices by sharing content with various groups. * Identify content improvement or investigation guides. * Help automate complex solutions for the team. * Recognize and utilize potential developmental opportunities across product areas and business processes (e.g., mentorships, shadowing, training programs) for professional growth and to create and execute specialized power/skilling to resolve customer issues. **Client Arrangement Lifecycle Management** * Conduct well-being checks to ensure client climate (e.g., product, service, feature) is advanced and prepared for the organization. * With minimal direction, provide guidance to customers on getting started and implementing new versions. * With minimal direction, serve as a connecting point between the designing team and customers throughout the arrangement lifecycle. * With minimal direction, conduct feature audits on new arrangements to identify gaps. * With administrative help, provide guidance to customers on planning arrangements and sending arrangements on arenaflex stages. * With minimal direction, engage customers to understand their business and availability needs to then assist with creating a direction to address arrangement issues. **Relationship/Experience Management** * Collaborate with the pertinent item and business groups on how customers use the product. * Understand and identify gaps in customer situations and product restrictions. * Provide details to the item and business groups on customer product experience and use. * With minimal direction, serve as a voice of customers (VOCs) to inform item and business groups on customer product experience and use. * With minimal direction, partner with different groups (e.g., program administrators, programmers, item, client assistance support [CSS] groups) to unblock and resolve customer episodes/issues. * Work together with internal partner groups to support the delivery of arrangements back to customers. * Inform partners on customer movement including issues. * Freely begin to build associations with internal technical groups to refresh the investigating assets. * With minimal direction, work with the significant item and business groups to resolve customer issues. **Essential and Preferred Qualifications** * Four-year certification in design, Software engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in the programming industry experience connected with innovation * Or comparable experience. * Preferred qualifications: + Four-year certification in the design, Software engineering, or related field AND 8+ years of programming industry experience connected with innovation + Or Graduate degree in Science, or a related field AND 6+ years of programming industry experience connected with innovation + Or comparable experience. + 2+ years client client-confronting experience + Astounding Correspondence: Can sympathize with clients and convey certainty. Ready to clarify specialized issues for shifted crowds. Ready to focus on and advocate client's requirements to the legitimate channels. Take possession and work towards a goal. + Specialized Abilities: Some comprehension of distributed computing advances.
